From infrastructure to intelligent capability

Cloud, AI Platforms & Intelligent Infrastructure

Design and deliver secure Azure and AWS foundations for modern applications, enterprise AI and governed agentic workflows.

The constraint today

What is making growth harder?

Cloud capability is no longer only a question of where applications run. Organizations need infrastructure that connects identity, data, security, software delivery, AI tools and increasingly autonomous agents. Legacy dependencies, fragmented platforms and disconnected governance make that foundation difficult to operate and extend.

You may need this when

Recognize the pressure before choosing the solution.

!

Azure or AWS infrastructure needs to be designed, implemented or modernized

!

Cloud environments have grown without consistent landing-zone patterns or operational ownership

!

AI pilots need secure access to enterprise applications, data and APIs

!

No-code, low-code and pro-code teams lack shared production guardrails

!

Agents are being built without consistent identity, lifecycle, oversight or observability

!

Infrastructure costs and responsibilities are difficult to attribute

!

Security and sovereignty requirements are not reflected in platform decisions

!

AI-assisted software creation is increasing delivery speed without sufficient architectural control

From constraint to capacity

Reduce complexity today. Create capacity to scale tomorrow.

The constrained organization

In the constrained organization, infrastructure, application delivery and AI experimentation are managed separately. Teams create one-off integrations and agents, approvals arrive late, and security or cost governance is added after the fact. New tools can increase complexity faster than the organization can manage it.

The future-state organization

In the future-state organization, Azure or AWS foundations, identity, networks, information access, development paths and operational controls are designed as connected capabilities. Employees and engineering teams can build within approved patterns; agents operate within explicit permissions and accountability; leadership retains visibility over cost, resilience and risk.

The AI-era shift

AI changes the constraint. It does not remove the need for architecture.

Microsoft Azure increasingly connects Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, GitHub Copilot and Agent 365 for different agent development and governance needs. AWS provides its own cloud and agentic AI ecosystem, including Amazon Bedrock and associated services. GSP selects and integrates platform capabilities against business architecture and operating needs, not vendor allegiance. Faster AI-assisted development, including vibe coding, still needs security, testing, review, lifecycle ownership and production engineering.

Capability in practice

Azure and AWS: choose the platform that fits the organization

GSP works with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. Azure is often a natural fit where Microsoft 365, Entra and Power Platform already shape enterprise identity and collaboration. AWS can be an excellent fit for cloud-native products, startups and established enterprises alike. Neither platform is inherently reserved for a particular company size. We evaluate workload needs, skills, existing investments, integration, regulatory obligations, cost and exitability before recommending an approach.

  • Cloud and hybrid target architectures
  • Landing zones, networking and identity integration
  • Workload migration, modernization and infrastructure delivery
  • Infrastructure as Code and repeatable deployments
  • Reliability, backup, monitoring and operational ownership

Capability in practice

Enterprise AI landing zones and governed agent operations

An enterprise AI landing zone connects development environments to shared security, information governance, API integration, observability and cost practices. In Microsoft environments, Foundry can support more customized AI engineering, Copilot Studio supports low-code agents and Agent 365 provides agent management and governance capabilities. These products serve different functions and must be configured within the organization’s own identity, data and accountability architecture. Comparable AWS capabilities can be considered where appropriate.

  • Agent ownership, inventory and lifecycle
  • Identity, least-privilege access and tool permissions
  • APIs, integration boundaries and approved data sources
  • Monitoring, evaluation, security and human oversight
  • Governance that applies across development approaches

Capability in practice

No-code, low-code, pro-code and AI-assisted development

Business users and professional developers need different levels of flexibility. No-code can help create bounded capabilities quickly, low-code can connect business workflows, and pro-code supports complex integrations and custom engineering. AI-assisted coding can accelerate all three, but generated software must still be reviewed, tested, secured and maintained. We establish patterns that support experimentation without creating unmanaged applications, agents or technical debt.

  • Fit-for-purpose development paths and approval boundaries
  • Reusable integration and deployment standards
  • Source control, code review, testing and dependency management
  • Controls for agent tools, data access and production changes
  • Ownership, support and retirement of developed capabilities

Capability in practice

Zero Trust, FinOps and sovereignty remain the foundations

Intelligent infrastructure still depends on reliable fundamentals. Zero Trust makes authorization explicit for users, workloads and agents. FinOps connects usage to accountable owners and investment choices. Sovereignty considerations inform jurisdiction, supplier dependence, operational control and exit planning. We embed proportionate safeguards into platform patterns so teams can move quickly along a safe, understood path.

  • Identity-led access and privileged-operation controls
  • Cloud tagging, allocation, budgets and cost visibility
  • Resilience, backup, recovery and security monitoring
  • Supplier dependency and sovereignty assessment
  • Policy automation, exception handling and continuous improvement

Our approach

Build the cloud and AI foundation around business capability.

We start with the business processes, workloads, risks, existing investments and target operating model. We then design the right Azure, AWS or hybrid foundation and can guide, co-build or deliver the infrastructure and integrations. Identity, Zero Trust, data access, platform automation, observability, resilience, FinOps and agent governance are included where relevant, rather than bolted on at the end.

Scaling effect

What becomes possible when the constraint is reduced?

An intelligent platform is valuable when business teams can use it reliably. A coherent cloud and AI foundation enables new digital services and agentic processes without repeating infrastructure, security and governance work for every initiative. It supports faster delivery while keeping human accountability, operational ownership and cost visible.

GSP can lead, co-build or guide the work depending on urgency, internal capacity and the ownership model the organization wants to create.

People and operating readiness

Technology delivery also changes what people need to know.

Cloud and AI platforms create value when teams know how to operate, secure, govern and improve the resulting capabilities. We connect implementation to role-specific learning, accountable handover and internal capability transfer.
